The "Euralille à la Deule" development project
The EURALILLE to the DEULE development project The MEL has entrusted SPL Euralille with carrying out a study on a vast 200-hectare site spanning four municipalities: Lille, La Madeleine, Saint André and Lambersart. The SPL Euralille team will present us with a summary of this study. It defines the guidelines for a long-term development project covering urban planning, transport, environmental and ecological dimensions, as well as heritage considerations.
