Exhibition by Rosy Le Bars
L’Atelier-Galerie Bleu welcomes Rosy Le Bars for her exhibition “Sharing Intimacy,” on view from April 8 to June 26, 2026. Sharing Intimacy, like a secret whispered into the hollow of an ear. The exhibition invites visitors to dive into intimacy, presenting a body of work where inside and outside meet. It features sculptural work accompanied by drawings. The artist works with a small repertoire of forms that evolve through contact with material, the body, and space. Some works fit in the palm of the hand, while others, larger in scale, call on the whole body. Textile is the predominant material, weaving an underlying thread. Other materials such as clay, silicone, and plaster accompany it. Through the handling of matter, the forms take shape, become charged, and turn organic. Hanging, placing, lifting... The sculptures are traversed by movement; some can be activated and give rise to motion sequences performed by dancers.
