On Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, Zoo de Lille opens its doors and invites you to help conserve animal biodiversity.
The idea is simple: a donation of any amount = free admission to the zoo. In partnership with the Zooalil association, the donations collected will be given to the following organizations: ABConservation: the only organization entirely dedicated to studying and protecting the binturong. It works in both Europe and Asia to promote awareness, inform and educate the public, share knowledge, conduct research, and protect the binturong. CPPR: it has been working to protect the red panda and its natural habitat in Nepal since 2001. With fewer than 10,000 individuals remaining in the wild, the red panda is listed as an endangered species by the IUCN. Little Fireface Project: an organization contributing to the conservation and ecology of lorises. Activity booths and narrated feeding sessions will be available throughout the weekend.
