On September 19 and 20, 2026, the European Heritage Days open the doors to our metropolitan region. This 43rd edition focuses on two key themes: "photographic heritage", showcasing our collective memories through images, and "heritage at risk", inviting us to reflect on the fragility and preservation of our shared heritage in the face of today’s challenges. It is an opportunity to explore iconic landmarks as well as lesser-known sites, with several new additions this year, including the Parcelle 473 urban art center and the Costumotek in Montpellier, the Maera wastewater treatment plant in Lattes, and the olive oil cooperative in Pignan. Whether you are curious, a history enthusiast, or a family out for a stroll, take the time to discover the stories that shape our landscapes. Full program
