The workshop will begin over a hot or cold herbal tea (depending on the season), giving everyone time to get to know one another. You will then discover the history of herbalism and the key principles behind preparing herbal teas. We will explore 15 medicinal plants, sourced from my harvests or from a local herbalist's shop: you will be able to observe, smell and taste them while learning about their properties and contraindications. Then it’s time to create! You will select your favorite plants to make two herbal tea bags, 100% personalized according to your needs and wishes. A label will complete each blend. To finish, you will taste one or more infusions made during the workshop together, a moment of exchange and sharing around the flavors and benefits of plants.
