At the end of their training cycle, our apprentices are wrapping up a year of learning packed with experiences. To put into practice everything they have learned throughout the year, we are organizing a major competition where they will take charge of the restaurant for one evening. In both the kitchen and the dining room, they will face off in several challenges to bring you a “starter + main course + dessert” menu for €25, entirely dreamed up and prepared by them. Throughout the evening, you will also have your say: guests will be invited to vote for their favorites. The prize: a €200 bonus for the kitchen winner, and a €200 bonus for the dining room winner.
