Set off for a fully immersive day on the Larzac plateau and its steppe landscapes, shaped by pastoralism and the many rocky chaos formations. We’ll discover the expertise of shepherds, cheesemakers, and master affineurs, all passionate and collectively committed to preserving a unique know-how used to make Roquefort, the king of cheeses. Before that, we’ll discover lac du Salagou, the red lake with a Colorado-like feel, then we’ll go for lunch in one of the most beautiful villages in France, in an authentic atmosphere. We offer departure from Montpellier in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus, with a small group of up to 8 people.
