Le Chai Urbain de la Nouvelle Lune invites you to a participatory workshop open to everyone to imagine how grapevines are reinventing themselves in the city. This workshop is an ideal moment to understand the challenges of viticulture in the face of climate change and to discuss the diversity of varieties, vineyards, and wines. The workshop will be followed by a guided tour of the winery led by Ronan, who will give you a tasting of his wines.
