During this day, you will discover the secrets behind the production of local specialties such as sweet onion, chestnut, honey, and pélardon. You will have the opportunity to meet passionate producers, who will share their expertise with you and invite you to taste their products. You may even return with souvenirs (or gifts for your loved ones). We offer departure from Montpellier in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus, with a small group of up to 8 people. The program varies depending on the season and producer availability: - 9:00 a.m. Departure from Montpellier - 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Discovery of the secrets behind chestnut or sweet onion production in Les Cévennes - 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.: Lunch featuring local specialties - 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.: Visit to a producer's workshop (honey or chestnut) - 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.: Discovery of a goat farm, meeting with the breeders and animals, observation of milking, tasting of pélardons - 7:00 p.m.: Arrival in Montpellier.
