As part of Voyage à Nantes from June to November 2026, the Maison de l’architecture des Pays de la Loire is offering an event dedicated to the history of schools in Nantes, including exhibitions, meetings, conferences and tours in partnership with the Ville de Nantes, Ardepa and the Fédération française du paysage grand ouest. The exhibition highlights the heritage and architectural and landscape qualities of the public elementary schools in the city of Nantes. It is an opportunity to share the thinking and expertise of designers and technicians who are exploring how to imagine and build the schools of tomorrow, in line with societal and environmental goals and developments in teaching methods.
