Built in 1901, this Belle Époque palace, restored in 2012, is home to Nice’s oldest association. Founded on June 14, 1860, the first day of the annexation of the County of Nice to France, the Société Centrale d’Agriculture, d’Horticulture et d’Acclimatation de Nice et des Alpes-Maritimes has continuously trained the department’s farmers and “acclimatizers.” Since 1945, the SCAH has provided training for enthusiasts, subject to availability.
