A symbolic journey through Nice, honoring the liberators and preserving their memory on the 82nd anniversary of the city’s Liberation. To mark the 82nd anniversary of the Liberation of Nice, a commemorative convoy will travel through the city before a ceremony at the monument aux Morts, paying tribute to all those who took part in its liberation. Route - 8:30 a.m.: Arrival at the MIN - 10 a.m.: Convoy departs for the promenade des Anglais, boulevard Gambetta and avenue Thiers - 10:45 a.m.: Tank parked on the north carriageway at 91 quai des États-Unis - 11 a.m.: Procession down avenue Jean Médecin toward place Masséna - 12 p.m.: Vehicle exhibition at place Masséna, beside the miroir d’eau - 4 p.m.: Departure from place Masséna for the monument aux Morts - 6 to 7 p.m.: Commemorative ceremony marking the 82nd anniversary of the Liberation of Nice at the monument aux Morts
