On the program: - Review of the basics of meditation at the beginning of class - 45 minutes of seated mindfulness meditation practice - part of which will remain unguided - Dialogue and sharing with Q&A at the end of class The goal is not to achieve a performance, but to remain centered, attentive, and present with everything that arises in this experience: thoughts, mental images, bodily sensations, emotions... A real training session to deepen your meditation practice. Christiane Beaugé is a professional teacher of Mindfulness Meditation and the MBSR Stress Reduction Program. She is also a relaxation therapist and sophrologist.
