Schedule: How is the day organized? 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: MBSR MINDFULNESS MEDITATION - seated practice 45 min seated - including an unguided portion - The basics are reviewed at the beginning of the class. Then questions and answers. 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.: YOGA NIDRA MEDITATIVE RELAXATION (all levels) - Lying-down meditative relaxation with no postures. An experience for releasing stress... effortlessly. You can register - for the full day with the 2 complementary workshops or - for just one of these workshops. Choose what suits you best, according to your wishes and availability. The instructor: Christiane Beaugé teaches the MBSR Program, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She is an RNCP sophrologist and certified relaxation therapist.
