Located in the heart of Accor Arena (12th arrondissement), the covered Sonja Henie ice rink offers, among other things, musical evenings with DJs on Friday and Saturday nights.
Fully renovated, the Accor Arena ice rink is more functional and more modern, with new furnishings. The changing rooms are larger and brighter. The circulation routes have been redesigned for hockey players and the public during matches. Access points have been reworked so the ice rink’s changing rooms can be shared with those of the main arena during major events. Now equipped with a dedicated entrance (Quai de Bercy, beneath the new pedestrian walkway around the building) and a new reception area, the rink remains the only ice rink in Paris that meets sports standards, with a 1,500 m2 rink and seating capacity for 400 people. Nicknamed the “best ice in Ile-de-France,” it is home to the Parisian club Français Volants, hockey players and skaters for their sports training, as well as the general public for skating sessions. Throughout the year, the calendar features sporting events and festive activities open to the public. The rink is open to the public for free-skating activities. It also hosts the Français volants de Paris club (figure skating and ice hockey sections).
