On June 13 and 14, 2026, the Accor Arena will host an exceptional event: the Tournoi de Paris de Sumo.
More than 30 years after their last appearance in France, in this very same venue, the legendary sumo wrestlers are returning to deliver spectacular bouts filled with tradition and emotion. These icons of Japanese culture are about to write a new chapter in the cultural and sporting history that connects Paris and Tokyo… and it is all happening here, at the Accor Arena. For two days, the Arena will be transformed into a window onto the Japanese way of life. Much more than a sporting spectacle, a unique cultural immersion awaits you: a journey where every bout tells a story, and every gesture embodies the soul of Japan! An event organized by David Rothschild, AEG Presents France and the Japan Sumo Association (JSA).
