Le Judo Club Baudricourt organizes stretching and muscle-strengthening sessions specially adapted for seniors. Through gradual, safe exercises, this activity helps improve flexibility, balance, and deep muscle strength. Ideal for maintaining physical well-being while reducing muscle tension, this practice is suitable for all levels and takes place in a pleasant outdoor setting. Day and time: Every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., year-round (excluding school holidays). You do not need to register in advance to take part.
