Two varied weekly sessions, offered by Ensemble et Solidaires - UNRPA Fédération de Paris, to gently maintain physical fitness and well-being.
The association Ensemble et Solidaires - UNRPA Fédération de Paris offers sessions combining gentle exercise, Qi Gong, Gym Boxe and Kung Fu, specially adapted for seniors. These disciplines help improve flexibility, balance and coordination while promoting relaxation and concentration. Led by professionals, these sessions are open to everyone and offer a complete approach to physical and mental well-being. Day and times: Every Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., from April 3 to July 16 Every Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., from April 3 to July 16 You do not need to register in advance to take part.
