On Saturday, June 27, 2026, Canal en pagaies kicks off the 19th edition of Été du Canal. Created in 2007 by Seine-Saint-Denis Tourisme, Été du Canal invites the public to rediscover Seine-Saint-Denis and its many assets, through sport, culture, and the great outdoors.
The Canal en Pagaies event officially launches the Été du Canal festival on Saturday, June 27, 2026. On the program: a major 10-kilometer canoe-kayak trip between Sevran and Pantin. This festive highlight on the canal de l’Ourcq fully embodies the spirit of Été du Canal: offering a collective, accessible, and original experience on the water. This year, the program is entirely musical, turning the canal into a true floating stage: - L’ Orchestre de Spectacle de Montreuil , accompanied by La Poudrerie - Théâtre des habitants, opens the festivities with the concert “Odyssée de l’endurance”, a few hundred meters from the starting point. - L’ Onde et Cybèle offers a unique immersive concert: a singer and a musician aboard two kayaks, moving as close as possible to participants. - DJ Juju Star, supported by the MAAD 93 collective as part of the Scènes Nomaades festival, brings the descent to life with a roaming stage featuring performances in Aulnay-sous-Bois and Bobigny. - Le Barboteur, Metaxu and DOCK B close the experience in Pantin with a festive DJ set at the heart of the Pantin-sur-Mer festival.
