A 2.5-hour workshop just for you. In contact with the works, disconnect to better reconnect with yourself and your environment: that is the concept of yoga at the Cité! A new workshop every two months. You can book one class or several classes throughout the year. Aurélie Delarue Aurélie has been teaching in Paris for 15 years with the association L’air ivre. She is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher certified by the Fédération Française de Yoga Gérard Arnaud (2008), certified in somatic education through movement (2015), and a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner (2017). In 2019, she launched “DANSER L’ESPACE,” a qualifying professional training program born from her past experiences and current research at the crossroads of dance improvisation, Body-Mind Centering, and Yoga. Since 2020, she has also taught experiential anatomy to established and aspiring yoga teachers. Passionate about the body’s potential and the body-mind relationship, she invites her students to pay attention to internal perceptions (the physiology of the living body) and external perceptions (others, the environment) through precise focal points. This practice expands the range of movement and ways of being here, in relationship with oneself and others. - No level required - Ages 15 and up - Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm jacket for relaxation moments. - Yoga mats are provided, but you may also bring your own equipment.
