Nayoki talking circles A moment of exchange and sharing to bring together different perspectives on the subjects that shape our lives and affect us in different ways: culture, education, work, relationships, spirituality… An opportunity to: - Explore other perspectives - Question and deconstruct beliefs - Connect more deeply with others The purpose of these circles: to create a supportive environment where everyone – women and men – can express themselves freely, be heard, and deepen mutual understanding of our experiences. Each circle is designed as a safe and inclusive space where: - active participation is encouraged - differences of opinion are respected - confidentiality is guaranteed Because every voice matters, and every story brings a new perspective. Your facilitators Régis – Facilitator in collective intelligence and soft skills coach-trainer. Passionate about human connection and convinced of people’s ability to reinvent themselves, he created the Nayoki circles to open up new perspectives through listening and sharing. Mélissa – Coach, trainer, and recruitment consultant. Energized by people and in love with words, she helps each person reveal their potential and naturally committed to co-facilitating these circles.
