Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The Ville de Paris invites you to take part free of charge in “My first environmental health workshop,” a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from the first months of your child’s life. Available at the PMI du Rhin et Danube in the 19th arrondissement.
The first 1,000 days of your child’s life, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby’s health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products… — and to give you the tools to take simple action, without disrupting your daily life or your budget. Led by environmental health and early childhood specialists, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes… Everything you need to get started with peace of mind!
