Are you expecting a child, or have you recently welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to take part, free of charge, in “My First Environmental Health Workshop,” a new workshop designed to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from your child’s first months. Your child’s first 1,000 days, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand how the environment affects your baby’s health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products… — and give you practical ways to take action simply, without disrupting your daily life or your budget. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical information sheets, simple recipes… Everything you need to get started with peace of mind!
