Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My First Environmental Health Workshop," a new workshop designed to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and during your child's first months. The first 1,000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to age two, are crucial for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household cleaners... — and provide you with the keys to take simple action without disrupting your daily routine or budget. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these collective workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will receive an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes... Everything you need to start off with peace of mind!
