Once a month, around a chosen theme, the Centre Paris Anim’ Jean-Michel Martial invites you to deepen your practice or get started with Feldenkrais.
Feldenkrais is a method that helps you move more freely and with less tension, through simple movements that improve body awareness. PROGRAM Breathing - Diaphragm - Pelvic floor On January 10 and February 14, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Breathing is undoubtedly the activity that best reflects the state of our body and our moods, in a movement that constantly connects us to the outside world. Come play with this connection by breathing in every direction. Relieving chronic pain with Feldenkrais exercises On March 21 and April 04, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pain is built in our brain. The way we focus our attention can significantly reduce painful sensations. Hack pain by moving with pleasure! A fluid walk and strong legs On May 09 and June 06, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. We are made for walking! Movements accessible to everyone will help better distribute effort between the ankles, knees, and hips, allowing the pelvis to float above the legs and adding spring to our steps. You can take part in one or several workshops, which are independent and complement one another.
Rate: Workshop rates up to and including age 26: 2.70 euros/hour. Over 26, the family quotient applies. Rate approved by the Conseil de Paris.
