À propos

An urban gardening workshop on growing vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers in a small space.

A workshop to reconnect with your food Would you like to become more self-sufficient? Protect biodiversity? Learn how to sow, plant, and harvest? Or simply enjoy getting your hands in the soil? The workshop is open to all urban gardeners who want to learn how to grow vegetables, aromatic herbs, and even edible flowers on their balcony, terrace, or windowsills. During the workshop, you will learn how to: - choose vegetable plants suited to your setting and understand their needs, - select your urban gardening equipment and prepare living, nutrient-rich soil for your plants, - sow, transplant, and repot your vegetables, herbs, or edible flowers, - care for your plants and seedlings We will alternate between natural urban gardening theory and hands-on practice and plant observation while touring the vegetable garden at Jardins Renoir. You will leave with a few seedlings to get started and put the workshop's advice into practice. After the workshop, you will receive an email with a summary memo of the workshop's tips so you do not forget anything. A bucolic setting The workshop takes place in the Jardins Renoir at the Musée de Montmartre, a peaceful haven of greenery and biodiversity at the top of the Butte Montmartre. After the workshop, you can visit the gardens and enjoy the view over the Clos Montmartre vineyards and the Jardin Sauvage Saint-Vincent
