This discovery concert explores the history of music from the 9th century to the early 16th century, through a musical panorama tracing the history of medieval music and instruments
La Carité de Guingamor is an ensemble of professional musicians specializing in music from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Two musicians, trained in the history of medieval music and with a representative collection of instruments from that period, present these themes in an engaging way for children and adults alike. Each period is illustrated with a presentation of instruments that the audience will be able to touch, iconographic documents, and several musical pieces.
