On Sunday, September 27, 2026, the 15th edition of the “Enfants sans Cancer” charity run will take place at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud. Organized by the “Imagine for Margo” association, the event can also be joined online from wherever you choose. Its goal is to raise as much money as possible to support research into childhood cancer, the leading cause of death from disease among children in France and Europe!

Join us at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, or online, on Sunday, September 27, 2026, for the 15th edition of the “Enfants sans Cancer” run. For the past few years, it has also been possible to participate remotely by watching the event live from a computer, tablet, or even a smartphone. The live broadcast is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on the day of the run, one hour before the official start of the in-person race, and is expected to end at 12:30 p.m. The charity run was created by the “Imagine for Margo” association. Margo was a young girl who died from an aggressive brain tumor on June 7, 2010. She was 14 years old. In March 2009, she launched an initial fundraiser and raised more than €100,000, which was donated to the pediatric team at the Institut de cancérologie Gustave Roussy in Villejuif. Since then, the “Imagine for Margo” association has continued the work Margo began, running awareness and fundraising campaigns to support European research into specific, innovative, and more effective treatments for children with cancer. Why take action against childhood cancer? Cancer is the leading cause of death from disease among children in France and Europe, yet oncology research investment focuses primarily on adult cancers, with very little funding allocated to pediatrics. Every year in Europe, 35,000 children and teenagers are diagnosed with cancer. For 20% of them, there is only one hope: advances in research. To help change this situation, Imagine for Margo, France’s leading parents’ association funding research against this devastating disease, invites everyone to run in solidarity for a world where children can live cancer-free. Sign up The Enfants sans Cancer run: a unique model and a growing success Each participant must raise at least €200 in donations from friends and family (€100 for minors/students) to confirm their participation. 100% of the donations raised go to cutting-edge research programs selected each year before the run with the help of scientific experts. Since its creation in 2012, the Enfants sans Cancer run has become one of the largest charity runs in France and Europe: - More than 65,000 runners have participated - More than €23 million has been allocated to research - 56 programs have been funded to create a world where children can live cancer-free On Sunday, September 27, lace up your sneakers and join the wave of solidarity that will echo through the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud by clicking here. Event schedule: Three routes will be available during the event. The first is a 10 km loop (running), the second is a 5 km loop (running or walking), and the last is a 2 km route (walking). Participants can walk or run in a festive atmosphere with a fitness coach and music, alongside researchers, the association’s patron Sarah Ourahmoune, and many other public figures. - 08:00: Participant welcome, race-number collection, and bag drop - 09:30: Group warm-up - 09:45: Runner briefing - 10:00: The race begins! - 11:00: Group stretching - 11:15: Awards for the top fundraisers, speeches, presentation of the check to researchers, concerts, performances, and lunch. - 14:00: End of the event.
