Taiji Quan with André Lanceraux: cultivate well-being and social connection! A free and supportive practice for body and mind.
Discover the art of slow movement and inner harmony. Led by Petits Frères des Pauvres (PFP-AGE) and in partnership with maison de la Conversation, we invite you to take part in a regular Taiji Quan practice. More than just a class, these sessions grew out of a desire among residents of the 18th arrondissement family boarding houses (Anne-Marie Blaise and Vincent Compoint) to nurture their well-being and strengthen social ties. Because having a place to live is not just about having housing, it is about rebuilding your own world and network. Tai Chi is a valuable tool here in support of living better together. Led by André Lanceraux, these workshops invite you to explore the discipline of “Taiji Libre”: a demanding yet deeply supportive approach, where body and mind are trained without fixed rituals, and with a good dose of lightness.
