Monthly drawing class with a live model Every 1st Friday of the month 10am–1pm Term 2: Fridays, January 9, February 6, March 13, 2026 Term 3: Fridays, April 3, May 15, June 5, 2026 €35 per 3-hour class, €100 for the term (3 classes) Participants must bring their own materials; the model fee is paid separately based on the number of attendees These classes are led by Célia Pinchon, who is passionate about working from live models. Celia Pinchon is driven by the desire to capture the body in its volumes and dynamics, using traditional techniques such as charcoal or sanguine. Her goal with you will be to learn how to grasp the gesture of a body in just a few minutes, but also to give it volume and depth, and to understand the interplay of shadows and light. She is committed to fostering a learning environment based on kindness and communication, prioritizing the expectations and needs of each student. Term 1: Capturing gesture and integrating volume (many quick poses, plus time to enjoy a few longer ones) Term 2: Understanding and incorporating shadow and light information Term 3: Refined renderings (mainly long poses, but always including time for quick pose work)
