From March 27 to August 31, 2026, the Art Inuit Paris gallery presents ABCdaire – The Arctic Told Through Inuit Art: an exhibition that explores this distant region from A to Z through the eyes of Inuit artists.
At a time when the Arctic is one of the epicenters of climate disruption and global geopolitical tensions, we have chosen to tell the story of this changing territory through the artistic creations of those who live there. The exhibition ABCdaire, The Arctic Told Through Inuit Art, gives voice once again, through their works, to the Inuit of Canada, Greenland, Alaska, and Siberia. An alphabetical journey, from A for Arctic to Z for Zenith, offers a way to map this space while showing the diversity and richness of Inuit art. Each letter thus opens onto this vast universe of contemporary art, made up of cosmology, practices, legends, and creatures … Far from fixed folklore, this exhibition emphasizes that Inuit art is not only aesthetic: it is also memory, transmission, and resilience.
