To mark the centenary of the Jean d’Ormesson Library, an exceptional event with Héloïse d’Ormesson, followed by readings and a discussion about the writer’s work.
To celebrate its 100th anniversary, the library welcomes Héloïse d’Ormesson, who will present an unpublished text by Jean d’Ormesson, Quand l’Enchanteur vint au monde, a subjective biography of Chateaubriand. The event will continue with paired readings of texts by Jean d’Ormesson and Chateaubriand, performed by students from the theater department of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional Ida Rubinstein. The Librairie Fontaine Haussmann will also have a stand where visitors can discover and purchase the book.
