As part of the "Que se passe-t-il ? " series bringing together the bibliothèques de la Ville de Paris and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), an exceptional discussion on water in the urban environment with researcher Raphaël Morera, historian and co-director of the Centre de Recherches Historiques (CHR).

The conference will open with a walk from the médiathèque Virginia Woolf to the waterfall in Parc Kellermann, exploring in situ the historical role of the Bièvre in urban development, as well as its influence on the landscape and the contradictions that result from it.

Fee: Reservations from May 6, at the médiathèque Virginia Woolf, by phone at 01 44 08 12 71 and at [email protected]
