Managing emotions and social connection - LGBTQIA+ young people
The ENIPSE association offers, through its community psychological support program CeSaMe Paris IDF, a discussion group designed to help people learn to manage their emotions through a collective approach that strengthens social connections. The group, made up of up to 15 LGBTQIA+ young people, will meet for 8 evenings in a closed group and will be co-facilitated by a psychologist and a community reception worker. 8 Mondays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Session 1 - April 13, 2026 Mental health and representations Session 2 - April 20, 2026 Coping with discrimination Session 3 - April 27, 2026 Relationship with one’s emotions Session 4 - May 4, 2026 Importance of social connection Session 5 - May 11, 2026 How to change Session 6 - May 18, 2026 Sense of self-efficacy Session 7 - June 1, 2026 Problem solving Session 8 - June 8, 2026 Personal and group project
