A varied weekly session, offered by UNRPA Fédération de Paris, to gently maintain mobility and physical well-being.
UNRPA Fédération de Paris organizes sessions combining several disciplines adapted for seniors: gentle exercise to strengthen the body without strain, Qi Gong to improve breathing and relaxation, Boxing Fitness for coordination and cardio, and Kung Fu for flexibility and mobility. These complementary practices help maintain physical fitness while promoting relaxation and concentration. Day and times: Every Thursday from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., from April 16 to July 16.
