The association 13 POUR TOUS offers weekly sports sessions that give everyone the chance to discover and vary their physical activity. Each session is an opportunity to try several disciplines such as yoga, Nordic walking, and Zumba. It is a chance to improve your fitness and share a sporty moment in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere. The goal is to promote access to sport for everyone by emphasizing the joy of movement and a mix of activities. Days and times: Every Tuesday, Nordic walking from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., as well as Zumba from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., from October to June 2026. Every Friday, yoga from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., from October to June 2026. You do not need to register in advance to take part.
