PLAT/FORM is reopening on the banks of the Seine for a third season, with the same ambition: to reinvent urban hospitality in Paris. This year, the venue begins a new culinary chapter by entrusting its kitchens to chef Romain Bréchignac, whose previous experience includes the Royal Monceau, Le Meurice and Hôtels Amour. More than a restaurant, PLAT/FORM has established itself as a hybrid space where food, music and contemporary creativity come together: – a bistro on the banks of the Seine and a welcoming counter for sharing – free open-air music all summer long – festive and culinary events (Bringues Gastronomiques, Sunday BBQs…) – a socially engaged art scene combining street art and residencies Designed as a true community hub, PLAT/FORM welcomes up to 250 people with views of the sunset, in an atmosphere that is festive, inclusive and eco-conscious. Beach bistro: weekday lunches; evenings: Wednesday through Saturday only. Comptoir canaille: from 6 p.m. every evening and continuously from lunchtime to evening on weekends.
