For the first time, women over 45 are sharing their stories on stage! MESDAMES EN VRAIES will tour throughout France this autumn and perform at the Grand Rex in Paris on October 11, 2026!
Followed by 1.2 million people on social media over the past two years, these women, who embody the Mesdames media brand, are stepping off the screen to meet their audience… in real life! It is an opportunity for these eight women over 45 to share their stories on stage and tackle every subject with irreverence, thoughtfulness, and plenty of humor—from menopause, sexuality, addictions, and weight gain to the passage of time, changing bodies, other people’s perceptions, and finding your place… These issues concern us all! Led by Maïtena Biraben and joined by Sonia Dubois, Ariane Massenet, Elsa Wolinski, and others, they will take the stage to share their experiences, first times, doubts, and the possibilities their age has opened up for them! An evening to reflect, smile, be surprised, and give—or restore—confidence to women of every age, because growing older is also an opportunity, a joy, and a new source of energy!
