Dive into an AI's dream: an immersive and interactive installation
Interactive immersive installation. The project offers a real-time immersive simulation of an ecosystem, designed using game engines. Through generated and evolving environments, the installation explores the organizational logic of living systems — interactions, balances, mutations — by drawing parallels with social and economic dynamics. In Vitro is a multimedia artist duo co-founded by Xiyue Hu and Xing Xiao. Their practice, at the crossroads of media art, 3D film, and immersive technologies (virtual and augmented reality), is rooted in interdisciplinary collaborations, notably with biologists and archaeologists. Their work examines complex systems — biological, technological, and social — by viewing science and the humanities as deeply interconnected.
