For Nuit Blanche, the TRAM network is offering a nighttime coach route between three TRAM network art venues in Nogent-sur-Marne, Malakoff and Gentilly.
DETAILED PROGRAMME ROUTE DEPARTURE Meet at Place d'Italie near the Italie 2 shopping center to board the coach! STOP 1 → MABA | Nogent-sur-Marne (94) Tour of the group exhibition Anniversarium Stress and the special programmes offered for Nuit Blanche The group exhibition Anniversarium Stress, through multiple media (drawing, painting, video, sculpture, installation, etc.), conveys the ambivalence of birthdays, between the joy of celebration and the melancholy of passing time. Bringing together a list of invited artists, the exhibition plays with what a slightly dysfunctional party might be, where the various clichés associated with the idea of a birthday are staged and restaged: cardboard, guest, cake, candle, controlled or uncontrolled drunkenness, artifice, music and dance... and, beneath it all, our relationship with time. STOP 2 → CAC Malakoff (92) Short-film screenings in the gardens of the Maison des arts At nightfall, the art center's park turns into an open-air cinema. A selection of films, short and feature-length, fiction and documentary, explores the many faces of love: friendly, familial, committed, fragile or incandescent love. Alongside the screenings, cycle 5 "à domicile - artothèque" will be open all evening. This temporary and experimental art library brings together around one hundred works by 76 artist-authors around the convergence of struggles, the work of female factory workers and authors, narratives on contemporary masculinities, and decolonial ecology. The selection of works, mainly multiples and posters, questions their status, value and means of distribution, and offers tools for building a committed art collection. STOP 3 → Le Générateur | Gentilly (94) Discover artistic installations and performances in the art venue and around the city Since 2006, Nuit Blanche has set the performing arts alight and made performance beat at the heart of the night, with several uninterrupted hours of poetic installations and moving soundscapes. In Gentilly and at Le Générateur alike, artistic proposals appear unexpectedly, where no one expects them, blending daring, strangeness and sudden joy. Through a route marked by encounters in public space, Nuit Blanche invites visitors on a curious drift, a living exploration of the area. True to its longtime Gentilly allies — la Maison de la Photographie Robert Doisneau, le Lavoir Numérique, le Lavatronic, la Médiathèque and le Service culturel — Le Générateur, in partnership with la Ville, inspires a desire to move through the city differently. Through the talent of each artist, the city becomes a sensitive playground, a shifting open-air stage. A unique experience where art is felt and connects us all. In partnership with la MABA, art center of the Fondation des Artistes, the contemporary art center of Malakoff and Le Générateur. With the support of la Métropole du Grand Paris. TRAM is an association that, since 1981, has brought together venues committed to the production and dissemination of contemporary art in Île-de-France. Today numbering 37, they reflect the vitality and richness of artistic creation across the Paris region. Art centers, museums, art schools, artist collectives, foundations, frac, these structures carry out complementary activities in production, dissemination, collection, education, mediation, publishing, amateur practices, and more. TaxiTram, a coach trip to a selection of several art venues in the TRAM network, invites you to discover contemporary creation in Île-de-France and experience unique moments alongside artists, curators and venue teams.
