The WOLF 404 EXHIBITION is a visual, narrative, and speculative exploration of how species evolve in the face of ecological, social, and digital collapse. In a post-Anthropocene world, where bodies are forced to mutate in order to survive, new hybrid entities emerge: neither entirely animal, nor entirely robotic, nor entirely human. At the heart of this project is a creature named Wolf 404, inspired by the European wolf, Boston Dynamics’ Spot robot, and sacrificed figures such as Saint Sébastien. Drawing on this work and its universe, the students in the preparatory class for higher art schools at Grand Paris Sud have imagined an immersive installation. Come attend the presentation of this artistic residency, conceived as a threshold space, a fictional rift into which you are invited to step. Manon Pretto, the artist behind Wolf 404, will be present to reveal the project to you. Program: 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Guided tours every 30 minutes.
