What if, for one night, love became a space for reimagining?

Le 6b invites you to a Nuit Blanche created with the residents, associations, and artists of Saint-Denis. At the heart of the project, a shared banquet comes to life: everyone is invited to bring a dish and take a seat around a large table, a true living scenography. From 4 p.m., visitors can take part in workshops with Le parti poétique, visit the exhibition Aller toucher de l’herbe, and immerse themselves in installations and performances designed as spaces accessible to everyone, led by the collective Folles Alliées, Art’Cœur, 60 ADADA, Le Bazar Muzical, the association Askola, Timothée Gaydon, Loup Zuarra, and many others. As the night unfolds, brass band music, performances, cabaret, live projection, and music set the rhythm for encounters and exchanges. A night to come together, create collectively, and experience a collective body in motion. —————————————— On the evening’s program: From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., dive into the exhibition Aller toucher de l’herbe, curated by Timothée Perron. Emerging in Euro-American digital cultures in the late 2010s, the expression “touch grass” refers to the injunction to reconnect with reality or nature. The exhibition offers a twist on this idea by imagining, within Le 6b, a collective and artificial green space: a large shared lawn. This space becomes a testing ground where artistic gestures, games, fictions, and situations to be experienced all come together. At 5 p.m., Le Parti Poétique offers a parent-child cooking workshop by registration. Participants cook together using produce from the Zone Sensible urban farm, in a spirit of sharing and discovery. This convivial moment connects cooking, transmission, and environmental awareness through simple gestures that can be repeated in everyday life. The collective Folles Alliées: Naelle Dariya, Babouchka Babouche (Samy André Ali) and Cuntessa Pinkessa (Garance Bonotto), together with photographer Arthur Crestani, present WHAT IS LOVE for Nuit Blanche 2026 at Le 6b, a participatory cabaret in several parts around love. On the program: “Everybody Say Love,” a writing workshop open to everyone to compose love letters to whoever or whatever they wish, and “Strike a Love Pose,” a performative photo studio where participants, guided by the artists, humorously restage romantic clichés through iconic poses, costumes, wigs, and makeup. This will be followed by a cabaret performance by students from Paul Éluard and participants wishing to share their letters. With the association Askola and artists Timothée Gaydon and Loup Zuarra, children take part in creating an ephemeral statue developed through workshops. During Nuit Blanche, a festive procession leads to the assembly of this “soft” monument, which subverts the classic codes of statuary. The work is then deconstructed: its fragments become costumes worn during a carnival-style procession, while post-it notes distributed in public space extend the gesture. The project explores a collective memory from a child’s perspective, where love becomes a driving force for creation and transformation. Le 6b will also host the project “The Love Letters”: a participatory performance combining three-voice declamation, live electro downtempo, and audio-reactive VJing, led by 93 Art’Cœur, 60 ADADA, Le Bazar Muzical, artists Clara Bouvart, Wissam Dief, and Lolaura, as well as live musicians and a visual artist: Lapin 2 Trèfle, Teddy L’ourson, Leo_Rvb. It is based on the collection of anonymous love letters via boxes installed in advance in different places across Saint-Denis, accompanied by writing, movement, and mail art workshops open to residents. During Nuit Blanche, these letters are opened and interpreted in a hybrid performance combining poetic reading, electro musical improvisation, and live visual creation. This immersive and collective experience explores the imaginaries of love while encouraging participation and connection with the local area. The evening will be punctuated by musical and festive moments, led by brass bands and DJ sets.
