The FAN becomes a space for artistic and sonic experimentation. Visual artist Aurélien Nadaud, the collective LA MONA, and DJs Lyss and Grandpamini bring their worlds together to offer a one-of-a-kind immersive experience.
Between a monumental ribbon installation that reshapes the volumes of the FAN and a silent disco, the public is invited on a true sensory journey, where visual art enters into close dialogue with music. To bring this immersive installation to life, three DJs with distinct musical worlds will offer an eclectic lineup designed for all audiences. Thanks to the silent disco system, everyone can move freely from one sound atmosphere to another, shape their own experience, and choose their own rhythm. At the crossroads of celebration and performance, the artists champion a committed approach: turning the night into a space for sharing and connection, and celebration into an act of poetic resistance that is free, joyful, and collective. AURELIEN NADAUD A curious, self-taught visual artist, he has been developing a multifaceted practice since 2011 at the crossroads of urban art, contemporary art, and artistic practices in public space. Guided by letting go and intuition, his work explores abstract and unpredictable compositions. His projects, whether temporary or permanent, intimate or monumental, seek to create spaces for expression, sharing, and connection, revealing the invisible through a dreamlike and sensory universe. LA MONA Founded in 2008 by DJ and producer Nick V., La Mona is above all a space of freedom and celebration. An inclusive and unifying party, it brings together house and disco enthusiasts and devotees in an atmosphere driven by values of kindness, diversity, and positive energy. Throughout the evening, three dancers from the collective will accompany the installation and invite the public to try different dance styles, strengthening the participatory and collective dimension of the event. DJ GRANDPAMINI Born in Paris, Juan Loaiza, alias Grandpamini, developed a distinctive musical identity very early on. A curious DJ and musician, a creative all-rounder with an offbeat streak, he crafts sunny, generous mixes with strong Latin influences. His selection blends Tropical Bass, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and hybrid rhythms for a musical signature that is as warm as it is irresistible, perfect for dancing and letting go. DJ LYSS Originally from Beyrouth, Lyss has established herself as a true force on the French electronic scene, with a journey that began at the heart of Lebanese raves before gaining momentum in the vibrant Parisian music scene. Thanks to her ability to finely blend house, progressive sounds, and Eastern electro inspirations, Lyss quickly stood out as a singular talent. Today, she is emerging as one of the most promising voices on the contemporary electronic scene. For this Nuit Blanche, her selection will focus on SWANA (South West Asian / North African). In partnership with the médiathèque Aragon: the BIB-couchette... As a prelude to the VORTEX MUSIC evening, climb aboard the Bibmobile: its deckchairs, its books, its librarians... From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., resist falling asleep with a highly energizing nap, a selection of caffeinated books, and very loud readings by your librarians. At exactly 9:50 p.m., turn on your lamps to read under the stars while dancing, whether standing or settled into the deckchairs. Yes, you’ll be able to do it!
