Neon installation at Gare du Nord celebrating a plural and vibrant world.

Monumental installation A new work by Warren Neidich takes over the glass facade of Gare du Nord. Visible on a large scale, this text-based neon installation invites us to rethink how we inhabit the world by valuing the diversity of knowledge and cultures. Drawing on the notion of the “pluriverse,” it offers an inclusive vision of knowledge, where ancestral traditions and contemporary approaches coexist in a spirit of mutual respect. Illuminating the glass entrance of the busiest railway station in Paris and Europe, the work appears as a gesture of welcome addressed to an international public. An artist and writer based between Paris and New York, Warren Neidich develops a conceptual practice that blends text, installation, painting, and photography. Presented and published internationally, his work explores the relationships between art, cognition, and the production of knowledge. He is the founder of the Saas-Fee Summer Institute of Art. The work will be visible to the public from Tuesday, May 12 to Wednesday, June 10, 2026, as part of an extended presentation around Nuit Blanche 2026.
