Immersive light and sound installation in the Tuilerie tunnel.
The Multitudes installation is a light installation inspired by Walt Whitman’s poem “Song of Myself” and the plurality of identities. In the Tuileries tunnel, the light does not come from an exit, but from the heart of the place: it diffracts through mirrors, multiplies, and forms a shifting constellation. The project engages with what is already there; graffiti, passages, presences; transforming the tunnel into a living, collective, and poetic space. Each reflection becomes a voice, each fragment a connection. The work celebrates diversity, fluidity, and the power of multiplicity through an immersive experience in which the public also helps make the light vibrate. Helena Caixeta, Luisy Silva, and Vanessa Gambardella - three Brazilian artists based in Paris, came together as part of the POGO collective to create an exclusive installation in the heart of Paris that celebrates love for Nuit Blanche! Sound production: Thomas Cornu and Paulo Suriani In partnership with Artistik Rezo, MX Événement, Minuit Une, VEJA, Sonowest. With the support of Nicolas Laugero
