Video, Installation, Performance, Music, Circus. Le Cirque Électrique continues to carry out an unusual and unique artistic and cultural project, combining creative work, multidisciplinary programming, and the running of a circus school. It has developed a distinctive artistic identity, woven from multiple references and influences, rooted in a hybrid form of expression between the myth of circus tradition and the reality of a radical, modern urban culture. For Nuit Blanche, Le Cirque Électrique will unveil the Mondrian apparatus, a monumental sculpture-structure built for its upcoming creation Rever-se. This 6mx6m hollow square is inspired by a series of slides of unknown origin, found by chance on a Parisian wasteland. From this frozen image comes a desire to set things in motion, in light, in music, in dreams: a circus phantasmagoria. Around this 21st-century fairground ride, a range of circus, sound, and visual performances will take place across the different spaces of Le Cirque Électrique.
