Installation, performances, DJ set, tours… For one free late-night opening, the museum reveals its many contemporary sides.
From the Collections floor to the rooftop terrace, the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac invites you to experience an extraordinary Nuit Blanche, a true underwater dive shaped by breath and breathing. An evening dedicated to contemporary creation: from performances by Yo-E Ryou, winner of the Résidence sonore 2025, inspired by the women divers of Jeju, to an immersion in the marine world of DJ OrKatz, an artist committed to protecting the Ocean, as well as Sun-A Lee's danced happenings around breath and arty tours to (re)discover the contemporary works on display at the museum. Breathe in, breathe out, and dive into a one-of-a-kind program! Also, throughout the evening, from traditional music to electronic beats, from Papouasie-Nouvelle Guinée to Mexique, explore the museum's collections through music with the Sonorama webapp! Free headset loans available on site.
