Come run for a good cause and support the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer. The date is set: join us on Saturday, June 6 from 8:30 AM at the Bois de Boulogne (Paris 16th) for the 4th edition of our charity run!
Every year, the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer organizes a campaign called "Bouge ton cerveau" (Move Your Brain). The #BougeTonCerveau run carries a simple yet essential message: physical activity is a true ally for the brain. Moving is good for brain health! Numerous scientific studies demonstrate this: engaging in 2 hours and 30 minutes of physical activity per week could reduce the risk of developing cognitive disorders by 35% to 45%. Physical activity notably promotes the creation of new neurons and improves cerebral blood flow. For people with neurocognitive diseases, regular and adapted physical practice can also improve daily quality of life and, under certain conditions, help slow down cognitive decline. Informing and raising public awareness about the benefits of physical activity on the brain is therefore a major public health issue. With the return of nice weather and to conclude its #BougeTonCerveau awareness campaign, the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer is organizing its fourth charity run at the Bois de Boulogne to: ➡ Celebrate the arrival of spring and the end of our #BougeTonCerveau campaign ➡ Help you take care of your brain ➡ Raise your awareness about Alzheimer's disease prevention during a morning event So, how about coming to run for a good cause on Saturday, June 6, 2026?
