À propos

A monumental illuminated inflatable sculpture transforms public space into a sensory and emotional experience exploring the strength and fragility of the human heart.

BIG HEART / MY HEART IS BIGGER THAN MY FEAR* , Monumental illuminated pneumatic sculpture, 2025. Grand Cœur is a large-scale illuminated inflatable sculpture designed to engage with public space, the landscape, or vast interiors. Its simple shape and intense red color stand out through contrast: monumental yet fragile, vibrant yet vulnerable. At its base, the word FEAR, barely visible, recalls the tension between an open heart and human fear. Presented in front of the Grand Palais, the sculpture becomes a unique sensory and emotional experience. By day, its presence raises questions and draws the eye; by night, it transforms into a powerful lantern, enveloping visitors in vibrant red light. Grand Cœur invites viewers to explore the fragility and strength of the human heart, questioning our ability to choose empathy and openness over fear and withdrawal. Milosh Łuczyński, known as VJ Milosh (born in 1973 in Cracovie, Pologne. He lives and works in Paris), is a multidisciplinary artist. His works bring together visual arts, music, theater, and immersive technologies, exploring perception, time, and space. Trained at the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Cracovie and the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts de Toulouse, he creates monumental installations, performances, and interactive environments that combine sculpture, light, and video to question the human sensorium. *MY HEART IS BIGGER THAN MY FEAR A project led by GrandPalaisRmn, based on a proposal by Barbara Butch / Co-design: Luz Mando; production: Fabrice Gilberdy.
