On the façade of the Hôtel de Ville, a mapping transforms the city into a collective heartbeat and explores love as a force of shared connection.
Pulsar, Video mapping, 2026 On the façade of the Hôtel de Ville, Pulsar unfolds as an immersive mapping experience accompanied by a spatialized soundtrack. Structured around a heartbeat, the work proposes a movement of expansion, from the tiny to the immense, as if making the city itself vibrate. Created by ALT SHIFT and V.P.M, it combines choreographed images with generative content, blending analog and digital techniques. Through this shared pulse, Pulsar explores the theme of love as a force of connection and shared resonance. ALT SHIFT is a creative structure founded by David Hugonot Petit, at the crossroads of photography, directing, and scenography, exploring different media and technologies to design immersive experiences in service of a surrealist and committed vision. V.P.M is a studio founded by Joan Nieto and Javier Cañal, specializing in innovative audiovisual production, video mapping, and interactive experiences, integrating generative content, special effects, and live performances Production: ALT SHIFT, V.P.M., 31db, Bend, Pavillon noir, Urban Move Academy.
